10月13日，由中国留学人员广州科技交流会组委会主办，广东南方人力资源服务有限公司承办，中国海外人才服务基地协办的2019海交会“智创未来”海外创新创业大赛亚洲分区决赛在日本京都大学成功举办。

此次亚洲分区决赛集聚IAB、NEM等高精尖参赛项目，并获得了京都大学国际起业部、京都大学经营管理大学院的大力支持，参赛选手们也纷纷表达了对海交会智创未来大赛的期许，希望能从众多优秀的参赛项目中脱颖而出，同时也祝愿海交会能越办越好！

智创未来亚洲分区赛自7月启动以来，经过3个多月的报名、审核与筛选，大赛组委共挑选出50个优质项目进入分区决赛，项目来自亚洲各个国家和地区，分布在“IAB”（新一代信息技术、人工智能、生物科技产业）、“NEM”（新能源、新材料产业）5大领域。

分区决赛当天，由投资人、资深产业研究教授、成功创业人士组成的多名专家评审团，与入围的各类科技领域代表进行了现场交流，通过互动评审方式，对分区决赛入围项目进行了点评和现场打分。比赛当日选出了前3名最优秀的项目。

对于未能到场的团队，大赛组委将会采用一致的评分标准，通过远程路演方式进行打分，最终入围决赛的10个项目代表将于12月前往中国，参加在广州举办的2019年海交会和创新创业交流、项目路演、展示、对接洽谈、参观考察等活动。

Generalized Autonomy Aviation System

GAAS (Generalized Autonomy Aviation System) is an open source software platform for autonomous drones and VTOLs. GAAS was built to provide a common infrastructure for computer-vision based drone intelligence. In the long term, GAAS aims to accelerate the coming of autonomous VTOLs. Being a BSD-licensed product, GAAS makes it easy for enterprises, researches, and drone enthusiasts to modify the code to suit specific use cases.

Our long-term vision is to implement GAAS in autonomous passenger carrying VTOLs (or "flying cars"). The first step of this vision is to make Unmanned Aerial Vehicles truly "unmanned", and thus make drones ubiquitous. We currently support manned and unmanned multi-rotor drones and helicopters. Our next step is to support VTOLs and eVTOLs.

Smart Tissues

Near 90% of drugs passing preclinical tests, fail in the clinical trials mainly due to inaccurate in vitro models and discrepancies between human & animal responses. As a consequence, the time and money wasted during drug development result in overpriced and delayed medicines for patients. Bioprinting cells within biomaterials can provide effective for drug/cosmetic testing and fundamental research. However, bioprinting remains a relatively new technology with scarce supply and few professionals working in the field which limits the access to a substantial sector of institutions and companies in the global healthcare industry. Smart Tissues aims to fulfill this need by providing bioprinting tools and comprehensive services for pharmaceutical, biotechnology, university, and research facilities. We have accumulated experience in stem cell technology, tissue engineering, biomaterial sciences and 3D bioprinting technologies.

生物打印（Bioprinting）是指用3D打印技术制造活的组织和器官用于医学应用。
1、全球有类似的竞争敌手15家。其中：拉丁美洲（LatAm）和日本市场没有竞争对手。Cyfuse的日本公司展出其生物打印机的成本超过300.000美元，主要针对临床应用程序，瑞典的Cellink也在京都设有办事处，但是他们只出售生物打印工具（主要是生物打印机和生物墨水），不出售服务。智利的Cells For Cells才刚刚开始开发生物墨水，但没有生物打印机或服务。

乔彬先生拥有多年旅日生活工作经验，精通日本文化，企业管理，对日本社会，企业管理有很深的理解，特别是日本企业内部管理，比如精益化生产，员工教育，3S执行。2003年赴日留学，常年旅居日本京都。毕业于日本国立京都大学，获得硕士学位。2006年在大学期间创建京都学堂，通过自建网站召集京都各国留学生共同企划举办京都留学生体育祭（京都最大留学生活动）。2009年与大学生日本游学领军企业环球翔飞教育集团合作，成功将「京都学生研修旅行」推向中国市场。2014年得到生田产机工业株式会社社长生田泰宏先生支持，将学生研修旅行业务拓展到企业家商务游学。2015年多次接待正和岛企业家团体，上海工商联，广东省商务厅到访，各类企业协会访日团。2017年于京都接待中国绿公司联盟访问团（团长：中国企业家俱乐部 马蔚华先生）。2018年承接清华大学EMBA赴日商务考察团及后期商务对接工作。获得生田泰宏先生投资，成立新法人 生田Global株式会社，并担任CEO至今。同年与当地政府机构共同举办大学生国际创业大赛in京都。成功对接上亿日元项目投资。2019年 与中国商务游学领先机构信智综研管理顾问（北京）有限公司达成战略合作关系。共同拓展日本商务游学市场，商务对接。

Dr. Nobuhiro Yagi

Dr. Nobuhiro Yagi，来自京都大学创新资本有限公司，京都大学创新资本有限公司是京大的下属机构，从事VC业务。

Dr. Nobuhiro Yagi, Investment Officer at KYOTO-Icap. Dr Nobuhiro Yagi earned a PhD in pharmaceutical Sciences and accrued over 20 years of experience in industry before joining KYOTO-iCAP. He worked for Kyowa Hakko Kirin for 18 years and assumed many different positions, including R&D and Business Development of Biopharmaceutical products. A scientist for several academic research institutes such as Kyoto University, RIKEN, Tokyo University, and UC San Diego. Extensive experience in the planning and management of open innovation through industry-academia collaboration and in the development of intellectual property strategies in considering commercialization. 

Prof. Chihiro Suematsu 

Professor at Kyoto University Graduate School and Management and Graduate School of Economics. Graduated from the Tokyo Institute and Technology School of Engineering then completed a Masters of Technology (MOT) at Stanford University. After working at McKinsey & Company, established a management consulting company before professorship at Kyoto University in 2001. Professor Suematsu has many years of experiences working with start-up companies in China, Japan, and United States.

Prof. Akiko Murai 

Prof. Akiko Murai is a Professor at Kyoto University Graduate School of Management. Sshe specialize in global talent management, leadership development and entrepreneurship.

Murai has 18 years of career at the World Bank Group in the area of talent management, leadership development, and organizational development. Led and contributed talent management and project development in UN organizations and commercial banks. Leadership coach certified by international coach federation. Masters Degree from Fletcher School of Law and Diplomacy.
